Consumer Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with all tags, protective materials, and original packaging

and include:

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item(s) being returned

Detailed return instructions will then be provided, including physical address in Belgium for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns should be sent using a trackable shipping service. Modernist Mood cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during the return journey.

Effects of Withdrawal

Customers must return the goods within 14 calendar days after informing us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date the returned parcel is physically received by Modernist Mood.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
